HYBRID DIGITAL

Digital library and guided workflow

A surgical guide is a patient-specific 3D-printed stent used for single- or multi-unit sites, including flapless protocols when the plan and IFU allow. The osteotomy path is planned from digital records before surgery.

HYBRID surgical-guide workflow

Planned osteotomy transfer: The patient-specific surgical guide is used to transfer the planned fixture position into the osteotomy, within the limits of the plan and IFU.

Flapless protocol (when indicated): When a flapless protocol is selected, a flap and sutures may be omitted. Soft-tissue handling and loading still follow the IFU for the case.

Loading timeline: Immediate loading may be considered only when the plan and IFU allow it; flapless placement does not by itself authorize immediate load.

Digital planning and placement steps

3D Tomografi: When CBCT slices support fixture placement, an intraoral scan or impression is taken and the datasets are merged for planning.

3D scan and fixture planning: In the planning software, bone volume and density are reviewed, prosthetic fixture positions are set, and the planned coordinates are checked on the 3D view before surgery.

Fixture placement: The guide is seated, the osteotomy is marked and prepared through the sleeve, and the press-fit Hybrid fixture is placed per the surgical protocol. A healing cap is seated as specified in the IFU.

BROCHURES AND DOCUMENTS

NTA SPRO

The surgical-guide workflow covers single- and multi-unit sites, including flapless use when planned. Open the listed guide brochure for the documented protocol.

SCAN BODY

Scan bodies support CAD/CAM model work from intraoral or model scans. The Hybrid digital library lists 2.0, 2.5, and 3.0 well sizes. Use the library files and IFU for the selected scan body.

2.0 WELL DIGITAL ANALOG

Digital analogs are used in printed or milled models with the Hybrid digital library. Select the analog that matches the well size. Workflow per IFU.

Product code: 80-02-20-D

2.5 WELL DIGITAL ANALOG

Digital analogs are used in printed or milled models with the Hybrid digital library. Select the analog that matches the well size. Workflow per IFU.

Product code: 80-02-25-D

3.0 WELL DIGITAL ANALOG

Digital analogs are used in printed or milled models with the Hybrid digital library. Select the analog that matches the well size. Workflow per IFU.

Product code: 80-02-30-D

NTA S-PRO intraoral scanner features

NTA S-PRO intraoral scanner — documented scan features:

Color scan: Color scan data is used to distinguish hard and soft tissue on the model.

Anti-fog tip: The scan tip has built-in heating / anti-fog. Capture continuity still depends on the scan path and the IFU.

Depth of field: Specified depth of field: 15 mm.

Cloud storage: Scan files may be stored in the documented cloud workflow for lab transfer.
