Implants are manufactured in facilities operating to MDR requirements. Quality and safety controls apply across the production process.
NTA supplies implants through an international distributor network. Production is aligned to applicable certifications for the markets served.
Implant geometry and surface processing follow Swiss engineering tolerances. Connection design and SLA treatment are specified to support bone–implant contact.
NTA implants have been in clinical use for more than 15 years. Product data is supported by accumulated case experience and ongoing R&D.
AEEDC Dubai 2026
19–21 January 2026 | Dubai World Trade Centre
AEEDC Dubai is a primary international meeting for dentistry. Visit the NTA stand for current implant systems and digital-workflow components.
IDEX Istanbul 2026
15–18 April 2026 | Istanbul Expo Center
IDEX Istanbul is a major regional dentistry exhibition. The stand presents the NTA, Shorter, and Hybrid ranges plus digital library and imaging components.
Questions on clinical workflow, digital libraries, and implant surface technology.
The SLA surface is produced by grit-blasting titanium with corundum particles to create macro-roughness. An HCl acid-etch bath at elevated temperature then forms 2–4 μm pits on that coarse texture. The surface is not microporous and does not create closed volumes that would harbor bacteria. X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy of the SLA chemistry shows titanium dioxide (TiO₂) in the outermost atomic layers — the material in direct contact with tissue fluid and cells.

Surgical kits follow a sequential drill protocol by diameter and length. Drills are color-coded; the printed protocol lists recommended speeds and the final osteotomy for each fixture. Immediate and delayed loading use the same sequence; insertion torque is recorded to confirm primary stability before the prosthetic plan is locked.
Manufacturing runs under an MDR-aligned quality system. Lots are batch-traceable. Implant-body warranty applies when placement follows the IFU and the documented surgical protocol. Declarations of conformity and catalogs are on the Documents page.
Shorter and Hybrid fixtures are indicated where residual bone height or width limits a standard-length implant. Indication still depends on CBCT, bone quality, and the prosthetic plan. See Case Reports for posterior mandible cases with limited vertical bone.
CBCT and panoramic X-ray units supply the volume data used for diagnosis and surgical planning. Image quality is specified for millimetric measurements in implant planning — from routine review to advanced implantology cases.
NTA digital imaging systems are intended as a stable, clinic-side acquisition layer: consistent geometry, documented dose settings, and export into the planning software already in use.
